Thank you very much for participating in these activities. Now, we want to share your questions with other participants of this project. Please complete the following questionnaire, and include at least five different questions.

None of the fields in that last section is mandatory, except for your email and the organization with which you participated, if you have participated in a group. You can review how we will use your information in the FAQs section.

Your written question will be included in a page of the Workbook, along with all the other questions collected throughout this exercise. This publication will be anonymous, so your personal data will not be included.
